Customer registry

THE PURPOSE OF THE CUSTOMER REGISTRY

The customer information of a person registering to the service is collected and saved to the customer registry. The information is treated in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/1999) of Finnish legislation. The customer has the right to verify his or her information in the registry.

The purpose use of the information stored in the customer registry is to manage customer relationships and design and enhance the service. When researching the use of the service, customer information is used in a way that makes it impossible to identify individual users.

- gender
- time zone setting
- refusal of marketing

INFORMATION PROTECTION

Access is allowed to customer information in the registry only for those employees of Viope Solutions Oy who need the information in their work.

TRANSFER OF INFORMATION

Customer information can be used for direct delivery marketing, remote sales, market analysis and opinion poll purposes, provided that the customer hasn't denied the registry owner to hand over his or her information. The denial can be made by phone (+358 5 624 3370), during the purchase or separately, by email
(infoohjelmointikurssit.com) or by writing to registry owner's address. For customers buying online the software offers the possibility to deny the transfer of information.
